Gaaaaaaaaaaah.
I was out in the woods today taking pictures. Now, I cannot stand ticks and I go absolutely crazy when I find one on me. So, naturally, I take every possible precaution to avoid them.
Wouldn’t you know it... I’m sitting here minding my own business on the couch when I feel one of the buggers crawling on my arm.
I screamed like a scared little girl, and - without being too graphic - I ran around the apartment ripping my jeans and shirt off as fast as I could. I threw them into a garbage bag and tied it up. Then I tore the couch cushions off and threw them into the middle of the living room. I retrieved my pocket flashlight and knife and I’ve been on the hunt for the demonic infester ever since.
Every hair on my body is standing on end. I’m all cold and clammy. I’m angry at the stupid tick, because more likely than not I won’t sleep tonight just thinking about it.
Blah. I swear, if and when I find the tick, I will cut it up into very tiny bits before feeding its remains to the wind. |
Riddle 9
When I came to Abraham I let him live just a moment longer. When I came to Moses I saved his life more than once. But the salmon... I regret to say I had a hand in its death.

Spammers really are amazing creatures. You can learn all there is to know about their ways in a month. And yet, after a hundred years, they can still surprise you. |

| I’d reckon he wants the tick off. |

| My brother is like that. He actually passed out once when he saw one. |

LOL @ the thought of m64, as gollum, screaming, running around the house and tearing his clothes off.
I hate ticks too! I don’t go nuts like m64, but I do tend to start hyperventilating when I find one on myself. Thankfully, this has only happened 3 times in my life. I remember each time vividly, however.
I hate wasps, too. I don’t freak out when one buzzes around me, but I hate being stung! Again, hyperventilating happens. On the second day of my honeymoon, I sat on a wasp. It took a while for my husband to calm me down, I was so worked up. |

He really doesn’t look like Gollum.
And actually, running screaming through a house for no apparent reason would be something he’d do as a prank.
Heck, ANYTHING would be something he’d do as a prank. SO don’t doubt that he’d do it if he’s scared to death.
But yeah, just don’t get Lyme’s Disease
I’m like, deathly afraid of poisonous anything. Especially since I found a Brown Recluse spider in our house. Talk about freaky. |

What if the hokey pokey really IS what its all about?
As I lay in bed staring at the stars last night, I thought to myself, "where the heck is the ceiling?"

Yeah, I know m64 doesn’t really look like Gollum. It was just the thought that got me laughing. |
