Try to solve clues that Incog posts as to his next victim.
(example: "The Hand of Ag" was once used to refer to Celebrimbor; Ag = Silver, Celebrimbor means "The Silver Hand"; so protect CBB and he doesn’t get assassinated. Don’t protect him, and, well... we may have a slight mess to clean up.  )
You can protect one person per "victim round."
You can also make arrests once you think you know Incognito’s identity. You have two arrests, then after that, if they’re wrong both times, you get kicked off the police force, so try to be reasonably sure with your arrests. |

Well, well, well looks like Lem0n won’t be joining in this round then  . I have put this off long enough we shall begin now. I will be a very straight to the point assassin I will leave clues then vanish until the deadline. All you will get from me are clues, clues and the occassional stories of how my victims meet their ends. So here is your clue, and it is such a shame that so few cops have shown up that just means more people will die.
"I want to play a little game." My first victim has been taken to a
remote location and given instructions on how they can save themself. If
this elite force of officers can crack my clues and find the identity of my
victim the same clue will be given to you that way you can help them live.
You have 24 hours to break this or my victim’s cell will slowly fill with poison
gas giving them only 24 hours to solve their clue. On the other hand if the
cops can find my victim’s identity in the given 24 hours the gas will not be
released for an additional 24 hours and the clue my victim has will be
leaked to the cops. When the clue is handed to the cops you will have 48
hours to help them solve it. 24 hours given for finding my victim and 24
hours worth of clean air that is slowly being replaced by toxic gas. Of course
my victim can save themselves without the help of police interference.
You can never tell whether my victim is truely random or if they have been
selected to help me in my deeds. Some of my victims may be choosen
strictly to see if you cops are trust worthy. If my victim lets me know that a
cop is trying to get outside information that cop will be murdered no
questioned asked. My game is set and the rules are simple, you follow
them you win you break them you die
