| I think that the picture is in this thread, and I think that either dain or AD (you both have no black marks right?) should arrest NB. I am almost certain it is him, and if you don’t have a black mark it is worth a try. |

Incog has misspelled the proper noun: It should be "Hashashin," referring to the Islamic sect, not "Assassin."
And "highy talented child of unknown origins..." A prodigy. An anonymous one.
I protect AP.
Edit: This clue’s given me a hunch as to who this Hashashin might be. Dain and SoP, see if you think I’m way off base, but I’ve Pm’ed you some stuff.
It’s actually Hassassin

I agree with your guess on NBarden, SoP. I was thinkin’ the same thing. The personality just SCREAMS NBarden to me...though maybe Incog is doing that just to throw us off.
Ah well. Since I simply can’t come up with anything else with the clue, I’ll give it a shot. NBarden, I’m bringing you in for questioning.
Now let’s see if that does anything.... |

First things first, a black mark for Dain. I am not the famed NBarden . Now on to the more important matter, the fact the deadline is gone and lem0nhead gets his kill.
As the cops were running around trying to uncover the hidden bullets, I made a call to lem0nhead’s cell. I gave him the location of his bullets. He already knew the location as he hid them early to protect himself from me. He ran to the location of the bullets and quickly loaded a single round into the chamber of his pistol. He walked back to confront the cops. MR. Lurtzy was the first to be noticed by lem0nhead. Mr. Lurtzy approached him asking him to think about what he was asked to do and that the police could protect him. "Yeah like you protected my *$# the first time right." The gun was raised and a single shot fired into MR. Lurtzy’s skull. The remaining officers rushed in after hearing the shot. The quickly dropped lem0nhead to the ground and arrested him on the spot. My job was done for this night so I started my car, which was parked outside the station, and drove off. Upon my exit a tossed a note out of the window for the cops to discover.
After hearing the speeding off of a car the remaining cops stormed out of the station to investigate and saw the note i left behind for them.
I’ve chosen my next victim wisely this time. Quitters never win I’ve seen. Bigger people finish first. Just try to solve this or zip your lips. Keep them shut.
There are a few things missing from my note to the cops find them and save my victim, fail and another dies. You should be getting use to letting people die by now so try something new and save a life .

No ML its "kill the cop who is not trying hard enough", see evidence above. The other 3 at least post and came up with ideas. Where were your posts trying to solve this riddle?
To kill AD and Dain would leave the cop force wrecked as they are good puzzle solvers and also SoP is by far the most active. It would be unfair to choose to murder them. I am a just rogue assassin.
...Who is now arrested whether he liked it nor not
