I dunno, never watched them.
Just checked; it’s not a simple Caesar cipher. I tried using "saw" as the keyword and deciphering it with this but no luck there, either. |

which character said this in the "saw" movies, then?
I think that was Jigsaw that said it though, unless I’m mistaken.
I think 24 hours is not enough considering we don’t know exactly who is a cop....... this kinda makes me want to arrest LemonHead for bailing out on us. |

Bailing on you??? This is the first time youve been a cop and ive played like 10 rounds AND been the killer once i think i can pretty much decide whether im giving a round a miss or not without Mr. Inexperienced judging me.
So yeah ill give some1 else a chance at being a cop. |

I protect SM.
With the keyword "Jigsaw" the hint is deciphered as "SHIELDMAIDENISDYING"
Thanks, Lurtzy! |

The cops seem to be more clever than I thought and seem to have the ability to work together,
Shieldmaiden was sitting in her prison struggling over her riddle and running out of time, when an erie voice came over the PA system.
"The cops have discovered that you are on the verge of death, Shieldmaiden."
Shieldmaiden began to panic fearing that I would somehow speed up her death.
"Being as the cops have decided to make you top priority I will be giving you more time and the help of the chosen detectives working your case."
The room went dark as I left the building on my way to the police department. I slowly crept up to the dark building taking extra care to keep undiscovered. I peered in the window and saw noone inside, I guess they were out looking for their Assassin . I pulled a note out of my overcoat and taped it to the door and slid a cellphone through the mail slot.
Agent Drake returned alone to the police station hours later and discovered the note taped to the door. Upon opening it he quickly noticed that the game for Shieldmaiden’s life had only just begun. The note read as follows:
Dear Officers of the Law,
I have taken Shieldmaiden captive for the sake of trying to better her life. She has but one chance to save herself and a limited time to do so. She has been given a riddle and that riddle and the answer to that riddle is the one thing she must give up to make her life more fulfilling. To many people treasure this possession to dearly and think they can’t live without it.
For your dedication to her case I have granted her 2 things.
1. An extended period of time to figure out what it is she treasure more than life.
2. The help of the officers working her case.
You will need this to help her.
"You always start out with nothing. If you ever want to make some money in the end, take my word for it… you’re going to have to build things up for yourself one step at a time."
one is one _
and two is two _ _
then three’s an end _ _ _
jump for four _ _ _ _
because it goes into five, that is to say… _ _ _ _ _
so we can split for six _ _ _ _ _ _
since seven’s split _ _ _ _ _ _ _
so eight would be? _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
You have 48 hours to save her life. Let the games continue .
After reading the letter AD unlocked the doors to the police department. On his way to his desk he heard the ringing of a cellphone. He followed the sound and found the phone lying under SOP’s desk. AD answered the phone and an altered voice spoke.
Hello AgentDrake, I think you are looking for someone. You have read my note and if you or any of the other cops can break it you can use this phone to contact Shieldmaiden. Simply use the number programmed for speed dial 1 and you will be speaking over the intercom of my victim’s cell. After giving her the answer the doors to her prison will open releasing her. If you give her the wrong answer they will seal up forever leaving her lost.
When you believe you have the answer solved you must clearly state the answer by saying "Shieldmaiden the answer is....."
The phone went dead.
There is only one phaone call allowed so you better be sure when you call. You have 48 hours. |

most definitly.
my guess is we are supposed to put letters in place of the _’s, and then the red ones are the ones we need. |

Does the word CHILDREN have eight letters? Would be kind of a cheap shot, but... Who knows... |
