First I obviously accept M_H’s application..
and to answer gagnut question...it your energy is in the red, teh production of your factories goes down, you can decide how much energy to give each mine/factory but I think it is best to build up to your energy level.
Here is my strategy for building; first concentrate on 4 resources for a while.
Here is my universe 17 accounts levels for those. Notice that the solar plant i pretty expensive, so i am gonna log off tonight, and level that up tomorrow with my glut of metal and crystal..I am gonna scale back my Deuterium production tonight as my energy is low.
Metal Mine (level 
Crystal Mine (level 6)
Deuterium Synthesizer (level 6)
Solar Plant (level 9)
Requirements: Metal: 2.883 Crystal: 1.153
Construction Time: 32m 17s
I think it would be cool if Dain and elf lvr joined....
also if you think you don’t have time for it...
1. Get Mozilla firefox.
2. Make an OGame account on Universe 17.
3. Everytime you log on to cobracards, make a tab for OGame and log in there.
4. Then start building something and switch back to the tabs with cobracards. |

Thanks for letting me in. We need to get some info up on the Alliance web page, perhaps work out some ranks as well as other info for who is invited etc.
Here is where I’m at. I only joined last night and I’ve been paying pretty close attention to the thing overall:
Metal Mine (Level 6)
Crystal Mine (Level 4)
Deuterium Synthesizer (level 2)
Solar Plant (level 6, currently upgrading to 7)
I have also purchased the research lab so that I can get up that build tree pretty quickly when I decide I ought to.
I’m at 1:137 in Universe 17
Tomorrow morning, I intend to up my metal and crystal mines. I’ll get to the deuterium eventually.
My homeworld is -27 to 13 deg C so a bit cold and far away for good satellite production, but decent for deut. Fun game, although it does start off a bit slow. I feel so small with my 4 points compared to people with thousands or hundreds of thousands... |

I assume by alliance webpage you mean the little alliance section on Ogame.
I made this thread are "official" website for now.

i guess i’m doing alright. i realized that i needed a lot of energy, so i got my solar thing up pretty high.

i’m going to try to get a colony ship as fast as i can so i can start colonizing other planets.

The + - and * symbols are how far you have moved in the ranks since the last update.
- you have dropped in your points position relative to the other players on the server
+ you have gained in your points position relative to the other players on the server
* you stayed the same in your points position relative to the other players on the server.
Updates to the standings are made every 8 hours (00:05, 08:05 and 16:05 server time which is in Germany)
If you mouse over the + or - you should see a number. This tells you how many positions you moved up or how many people you passed. If you move down, that means people passed you. Very active players will move the fastest.

Yay, Gagnut told me about this thing about a CC club. I had a pretty good world on universe 11, but i just agot accepted into the pirates alliance on universe 17. name:Fingolfin world:New Angband avg. Temp.:-20-10 C
question: what is our alliance rating on world 17? it would be cool to do a sweep and get into the top 10 on Ogame. It is a very easy game for poster. All you would have to do; as others hae mentioned, is get everyone on CC to join, and we could rule the galaxy!!! maybe. Oh, well we could always settle for partial ownership too. |

I might join later, right now I really don’t have much time for another hobby or whatnot and this game seems to be pretty time consuming. Thanks for the info and offer though BtO. I saved the PM so when I do have the time to start something new I know where to go.
