I don’t know if thsi counts but anyhoo...
Whenever I am sleeping over at someones house or at camp I bring my digital camera with me when we have lights out.
This happened recently when gagnut and fingolfin where at my house and in my room for the night.
Then when everyone is almost asleep, I carefuly turn on my camera under the covers so no one sees it, and then I make sure that the flash is on.
Then all I have to do is aim it in the direction of the sleepy folk and fire away. i have a great sequence on my camera of fingolfin getting out of his sleeping bag, coming toward me, and falling backwards becuase I got him right in the retinas....

SO thats my idea of a joke, maybe I AMjust a sick little orc. Think

Well, at a church conference over the summer, we were staying in dorm rooms, and we got some guys from another church to come over to one of our friends’ rooms and hancuff him to his bed at like 2 in the morning, that was just random.

And on the ride back, we were riding in a van with like 9 seats in the back, we got this guy to sit in the middle of all of us, we all held him down and signed his face in sharpie.

Maybe not exactly a pratical joke, but hey, it was fun.

Once my buds and i did a teleplone prank:
We would call this number again and again, asking for an imaginary person (say Nick). After the guy at the end of the line was red with anger over all the people calling for Nick, we would make one last phone call and say:
"Hi, i am Nick. Did anyone call for me?" .....

On one RPG section, the guys stayed over, and we pranked one of us, by filling his underwear with ice cubes. Only problem, it was the biggest one of us... Boy, did we run or what? Laughing
