Galadriel, Lady Redeemed is kind of a cheap card and is generally accepted as such. But if you have a serious problem with Sauron's Gaze, she'd be the one to stop it.

You should cut that deck down quite a bit. And you know what? I don't think it will be as hard as you think.

If you cut out one of each of your duplicate companions, that saves you three cards.
Cut two Nenya, Ring of Adamant (you are using the Binding Ring) and Vilya, Ring of Air. That saves you three cards.
Cut one Gwemengil, Asfaloth, two Lembas Bread. That saves you four cards.
Cut the six followers.
Cut every event except for Inside a Song. Add four Still Needed. That saves you twelve cards.
Cut one of each condition. That saves you four cards.

You just cut out 32 cards. You now have a legitimate and solid 33 card fellowship!

As for minions:
Cut four Goblin Man (-4)
Cut four Unferth, Grima's Bodyguard (-4)
Cut Saruman, Master of Foul Folk (-1)
Add two Saruman, Servant of the Eye (+2)
Cut three Isengard Artisan (-3)
Cut four Isengard Builder (-4)
Cut four Isengard Tender (-4)
Cut the Palantir of Orthanc (-1)
Cut one Scaffolding (-1)
Cut all five events (-5)
Cut two Hollowing of Isengard (-2)
Cut one Gnawing, Hacking, Burning, Biting (-1)
Cut two Orc Commanders (-2)
Cut two Isengard Mechanics (-2)

There's a solid 66 card deck. TOTAL of 66 cards. It will cycle faster and you will not end up with a hand of eight worthless Orcs when all you want is one Elven event.
