I also tend to see Rohan as a strong mono-culture deck. The remaining cultures seem meant to be dual-cultured, and that is what I encounter.

I find to be the worst mono-cultural (Ring-Bearer excluded) deck. They have nice support cards and a few choice companions, but I will never play a primarily-[Rohan] deck again.

They are nice for beginners. That is about all.
