I would probably add a couple of Desert Lords for some free exertions but other than that the Shadow looks solid! I don't think Bill Ferny is that necessary considering most decks will have a Greenleaf or Aragorn's Bow to just gun him down. I would take out Slippery as Fishes because I would assume most of Gollums kills are coming from Promise Keeping and They Stole It.

This is what I would do
-2 Slippery as Fishes
-1 Bill Ferny, Swarthing Sneering Fellow
+2 Desert Lord
+1 Final Strike

I hadn%u2019t thought of Desert Lord. That%u2019s a great point. I was holding on to good ol%u2019 Bill Ferny for sentimental reasons, but you are 100% right. He rarely made it to skirmishes.
