Is there any effective way to use these guys: Wisp of Pale Sheen, Corpse Lights, Dead Ones?

Unfortunately: not really. There may be a minor peripheral use for them in [Sauron] corruption. I know that back in the day I tried building a deck including them and Set 16 but they just don't overlap effectively, if my fifteen-year-old memory is accurate.
