Lurtzy's may be an annoyance, but that's all he is. We don't need to go Nazi on enforcement, here. I mean, if he was actually doing something destructive, or even just counter-productive, then that'd be a problem. But as said, he's just harmless.

Just wanted to throw my opinion out there.

Normally I don't mind short posts, but short and irritating posts like,

I've said time and again, you guys are way more patient than me. I hadn't even read this post yet (started from the Golden Hall section), and I particularly don't care for Forum Rules on this subject. When something seems annoying, unnecessary and/or offensive, I simply edit it accordingly, which led me to nuke his "whatever" post even before reading this Topic. I'd still vote for banning him, but I will say it's mostly because I've grown so increasingly annoyed of having to sift through his posts to nuke stuff like that that I'm now pretty much past tired of him. He does not play on GCCG (meaning, is not someone we will miss in the near future), has stopped posting in any way that helps the community, likes to stir up trouble and is just plai unpleasant. I see no reason whatsoever to keep him around.

It seems he has a lot of gold because of good trade relations. Feel free to warn him if you wish. It's irritating to me but not enough to ban someone over.
