I agree with NBarden on this, partially. Although articles should fit in a particular Forum depending on their subject, they are not Topics, they are Articles. I'm all for having a separate Forum for them, since I also happen to be wanting for quite some time to get back to writing, but I don't feel like it, if it's gonna get crammed in Dominaria.
However, I do not think article-writing HAS to be associated with prize support, I happen to know a lot of sites that have article sections, and people who write there just for the sake of it, much like both me and NBarden would be willing to do.
However, in creating an Article section, I suggest that each such section should have 2-3 moderators, and that only them can post topics there, so any article written would be welcome, as soon as it got past the moderators careful examination. Nothing like censorship, of course, but rather to prevent things like really bad formatting, large number of spelling errors, articles on the very same topic and some of the demiarticles we had that ended up just getting bashed and thus discouraging its authors to try to improve, but rather getting them to stop writing completly.
