As for that crazy combination, once you get that first Saved From the Fire, you can do whatever you want. And yes, it is based on whether your opponent plays orcs as to whether you can remove the twilight, but the fact that there is still no limit to what is removed is what makes Glamdring so #$&*@! powerful.

Pair a Gandalf/Glamdring deck with Moria Swarm on your own, and then after the first Saved From the Fire you can pull out a third of the Free Peoples cards in your deck with the possibility of adding nearly no twilight...that seems kind of dangerous to me.
