Boromir, Proud and Noble Man
« on: September 01, 2009, 05:03:14 am »
As most of you know, I do not play past Mount Doom...but I was just looking at a few cards and this one raised an eye.

Why is it that the possession has to cost one or less?
Boromir's Cloak
Boromir's Gauntlets
Blade of Gondor, Sword of Boromir
Blade of Gondor
Horn of Boromir, The Great Horn
Horn of Boromir
Brego
Shield of Boromir
Flaming Brand
Athelas

These all cost one or zero. The only thing I could think of was Narsil, Blade of the Faithful, but that's an artifact, not possession. What possession that cost more than one could they be talking about?!

By the way, that's just all of the possessions I could think of that he could bear...I'm sure there are more.

Dunadan's Bow (set 18)
Brego, Loyal Steed
Armor of the Citadel

the card database is at the top, sorted numerically, and thus, by culture.

Those are nice cards, but I guess my point was why limit the card you play on Boromir? I guess it just doesn't make sense, as most people would probably go straight for the Horn anyways.

Decipher did that to make it look like they were still playtesting.
