ANOTHER new forum?!

Yeah, apparently to post new events to the calendar, you have to post an event to a forum in conjunction with that calendar event. So I figured we'd just make a new forum for this purpose, allowing you to see new events as they're added, view more detail on them (if the event's creator so chooses), and respond to them if you wish.

For now, this forum is reply-only (like The Golden Hall), but that might be changed once we feel our way through it and decide how exactly we're going to use the calendar.
