Since we were talking about Batman: The Animated Series on another post, I thought I would see what Animated Shows people like.

Here are my top 10:

10. Sealab 2021
9. Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law
8. Scooby Doo
7. King of the Hill
6. Space Ghost: Coast to Coast
5. Rocko's Modern Life
4. Futurama
3. Batman: The Animated Series
2. Frisky Dingo
1. South Park

I think that's a pretty comprehensive list for me. 3 and 4 are interchangeable depending on my mood.

hmm I don't watch much anymore besides Anime series that my friend lets me borrow.  But it used to be Family Guy, Batman TAS, Space Ghost CTC.

Family Guy was on my list for a while, but I haven't found an episode of that show funny since season three or four.

I've watched Venture Brothers five different times, randomly. Every single time, it ended up being the same episode. I lost interest.

If anyone here has never seen the 70/30 Production's show, Frisky Dingo, go buy both seasons right now. It shouldn't cost you more than $25 combined.

A friend gave me the complete sonic the hedgehog tv series (satAM) last week, and I've got to say that it is the best animated series I have ever seen, hands down.

But only 'Lion' Volron was awesome, 'Vehicle' Voltron sucked.

Ninja Scroll the movie is the only Anime that I regret purchasing lol.  I mean, it's good, but the pointless sexual scenes are just ridiculous.  If we're going to talk anime, I've got a bunch of suggestions..

I used to love X-Men (animated series). It was the only children's show I could think of where a main character dies in the first episode (Morph gets killed by Sentinels). Granted, they bring him back later in the show for an episode, but that show was deep!

However, I just watched them again recently and they are very...well, it is no surprise that I liked them as a kid and think they are childish now. Actually, I'll say the same for the original TMNT cartoon. Best line:

"Must have been kidnapped by ninjas!"
"How do you know?"
"Because they left rope that was made in Japan!"

Oh, what would and wouldn't be politically correct anymore...children today are weak.
