I should clarify that more, but both keywords normally need to be specifically triggered to work. Peter's and Sylar's conditions, though, allow for them to work without the triggers. I'm still juggling these two guys around. There's a complete solution, I can feel it.

Very cool. But i dont think as a man gabrielle gray would have had 10 strength. Maybe 7 max.
