Each  [Isengard] minion is strength + 1 for every 2 artifacts in your support area.
Skirmish: Remove [2] to play an  [Isengard] possession on your minion (limit once per phase)
Regroup: Exert 4 [Isengard] minions to make the move limit -1 for this turn.
