How do I make the shiny big dots?

There is a "Warn" button in the upper right of each post. At least, in the default theme. Who knows what other themes look like.

It occurs to me that users can edit out the reason given for the warning. I can think of at least one person on this forum prone to doing that sort of thing.

I am aware of it, but for the moment it's unavoidable. I would recommend having such actions warrant another warning (or escalation).

yeah it didn't appear in the LOTR theme I was using.  Which explains my confusion.  I see it now though.  It also says I can't warn you...but what if you need to be warned
