Mod ads

[Kralik]

Google's Terms don't allow ads in any areas of the site that they cannot access. GBot can access member-only forums, but I'm not giving it moderator privileges. Rather than managing fancy code for each subforum, the easiest thing to do was to never display ads for mods. You are the elite few!

Of course, if you see ads while logged in, let me know so I can fix the code. Should be good though.
