Not to mention that, since you said you play across a table from your son, the chat doesn't mean SQUAT for you anyway, so anyone can bark whatever they want and it shouldn't bother you at all (I also play across from a table most times, which is why I'm saying this with some authority). As for watching games, what do you expect, that we forbid people watching games? That is one of the functions that helps GCCG, that even if you have no one to play, you can still log into a game and get a little entertainment. Sure, you can tell a player barging in you play by your own set of rules, and that player will probably let it drop. It the players turns into an #$&*@!, like going "yeah, noob, play by your own lame rules" or whatever, you're more than entitled to complaining, and action will be taken, but as is, sorry, but the complaint simply does not have enough merit to it to warrant counteraction, it sounds more like bitching - sorry, but it does -, which is not something an adult should be caught doing. Also, treating a fellow player and forumer the way you did in your posts is no way to raise a son, what kind of values are you teaching him? That it's ok to call people you don't even know names? That you can write whatever you want, and that the world should bend to fulfill your will otherwise you should just ressurrect old quarrels that were basically resolved and call people names yet again, out of the blue? Oh, so it's "I don't like what he did (even though it's not against any rules and didn't actually seem harrassing even if you do try to make it look like that) so he has to be punished, even if he dropped the subject 2 months ago, otherwise I'll keep bringing it up again (this time without reason AT ALL) until he is punished enough to my taste"?
Way to go, #1 Dad (there goes my gold, but whatever, I think it was due and I just don't care about it anymore anyway).
