Yes the Flaming Brand is band. Legolas GreenLeaf is more usefull I think. I'll let the Deck experts help you here to shortin the deck out. But I would put in Aragorn DoFP and an Agility and take out Dinedal Silent Scout. But that's I'll I got. :)
