Okay, as for the Shadow side...Balrog launch can be a really cool idea. But it needs twilight generation and there are not a lot of underground sites in Movie Block (as mentioned before).

That said, let's first take a look at what you have.

Goblin Domain and What is this New Devilry only work in FoTR Block sites. I personally run no events in my decks, but because this is a Balrog launch deck, I am going to take a different approach. So let me show you some neat tricks.

Shadow (34):
The first thing we need to do is generate enough twilight for The Balrog. Not tough with .
Goblin Runner x4
Goblin Scimitar x4
Goblin Armory x4
Goblin Swarms x2
They Are Coming

With that little bit of twilight generation let me add a few other cards to generate a little more (and do some hurting too!)
Captured By the Ring x4
Gollum, Dark as Darkness
Evil-Smelling Fens

My rationale is that the Balrog will be killing folks, so you've gotta love the threats. Any burdens that happen along can be turned into twilight with Dark as Darkness. Plus, as long as we are sticking with the "I live underground in Moria" theme, he works!

Now, let's add a few more low-cost Goblins to make sure we can swarm up a bit to make the Balrog assignment tougher.

Goblin Scrabbler x3 (great against Glimpse of Fate and other goodies)

That's 27 cards. Now for the fun stuff.
The Balrog, Terror of Flame and Shadow x3
Durin's Tower x2
Sauron, the Lord of the Rings

What?! Sauron?! Didn't expect to see him there! Well, with all the threats you are adding with Gollum, it makes sense that maybe he comes around. And who knows. A turn of Balrog and Sauron could end the game for you.

That is just a first look. Needs some serious playtesting and I'm sure someone can (and has) done it better. But that's definitely more focused than what you have and should cycle much better too!
