Hmm...I am not very familiar with Shadows and beyond, but there are certainly several things I've noticed about this deck...
First things first, why are you not using
Galadriel, Bearer of Wisdom? She is, without a doubt, the best Galadriel out there for this deck. She will have better protection than a strength 3 Frodo (you could use pumps on her if you needed).
Second, why are you running
Cirdan, the Shipwright if you only have two events? I think that this deck has too many companions in it (rather, too many copies of the companions) and would be fine with fewer copies and more events. For instance,
Rumil, Silvan Elf is in your starting fellowship--you don't need four copies of him!
Taking the High Ground is not a very good card...I would avoid using that personally.
Were I running a similar deck, it would probably look closer to this:
Starting:Galadriel, Bearer of Wisdom with
the One Ring, the Great RingLegolas, of the Woodland Realm (he's a
hunter so you can use Rumil or Orophin's ability with him from the get-go).
Orophin, Silvan ElfFree Peoples:Rumil, Silvan Elf x3
Elrond, Witness to History x2
Gil-Galad, High King of the Noldor x2
Cirdan, the Shipwright x2
Eowyn, Lady of Ithilien (or, if you prefer,
Arwen, Queen of Elves and Men)
Namarie x2
Elven Marksmanship x4
Glimpse of Fate x2
Into the West x2
Shadow BetweenElven Bow x3
Galadriel's Silver Ewer x2
Nenya, Ring of Adamant AiglosStill Needed x4
You are one card short and don't have any burden removal...that's worth considering, but I don't know any burden removal from the new sets.
Again, I'll be honest that I don't know all of the cards from Shadows on, but this will do a lot more direct wounding and you'll be able to win some skirmishes with
Gil-Galad, HKotN and
Still Needed cycling.
