Skirmish: While you can spot a exhausted minion, exert Eomer to make a companion strength +2.

I like the first part. Maybe make him Valiant and make his second ability something to do with liberating sites? Both nice abilities, but just don't fit together very well. Also, longest title ever.

(4) •Gandalf, Exorciser of Evil Things
Companion - Wizard
Strength: 7
Vitality: 4
Resistance: 7
To play spot Theoden (or 3 companions).
While you can spot Theoden, Gandalf is strength +1.
Response: Each time a shadow condition is played on or transferred to a Man, exert Gandalf twice to discard it.

I like this...but why limit it to Rohan men? I would say, "Regroup: Exert Gandalf twice to discard a condition on a companion. Also, Gandalf is always going to be culture. Just no ways around that.

Edit: I like the way Thranduil handled Gandalf. Although I still think he should not be a companion!

Companion - Man
Strength: 4
Vitility: 3
Resistance: 5
To play spot a companion.
Skirmish: If Grima is not assigned to a skirmish and  you have initiative discard 3 cards from hand to make an exhausted minion lose all keyword till the regroup phase.

He's okay. But I really don't see any reason to make him a good guy because then Shadow players cannot play their minion Grima cards. Maybe "Each time Saruman is played, discard Grima" should be an additional part of his text.
